
Psychiatric Residential TreatmentWith a staff to child ratio of 1 to 3, PRTFs are the most intense level of residential treatment outside of a psychiatric hospital. Brooklawn operates four PRTFs, each with a capacity of nine children. Most admissions are children transferred from a psychiatric hospital.
Residential TreatmentBrooklawn provides safe and structured group living and intensive clinical services, including individual, group, and family counseling for 75 boys.

The fully accredited on-campus school is provided through collaboration with the Jefferson County Public Schools. Each student is provided an individualized education plan, with eight or fewer students per class. A faculty of ten special education certified teachers instruct students from six to eighteen years of age.
Family Skills ProgramThe Family Skills Program provides home-based support services to families selected by the Department for Community Based Services in an effort to prevent out-of-home placement.
Brooklawn is an approved provider of targeted case management, day treatment, therapeutic child support, individual therapy, group therapy, collateral therapy, and therapeutic group residential treatment.
