   IMPACT Plus provides Medicaid approved outpatient and in-home case management and therapy services to children and adolescents in Jefferson County, Kentucky.

IMPACT Plus allows Brooklawn alumni residents who reside in the Louisville area to continue to work with their primary therapist after discharge.

IMPACT Plus services are also available to eligible residents who have not been provided with prior treatment at Brooklawn. Therapy services are provided by a Master’s Level clinician.
