Brooklawn receives donations of books

Reading truly is fundamental and a great way the boys at Brooklawn explore the world around them. Brooklawn is fortunate to have wonderful friends like those below to help keep the boys stocked with new titles from which to choose.

Chris Rubenstein of the Anchorage Independant School District, delivered over 100 books to Brooklawn that the students recently donated.

 

The confirmation class of St. Stephens United Church of Christ conducted a book drive for the boys at Brooklawn. Standing with Rev. Jim Harper (far left) and Kathryn Bauer (far right) are: Victoria Chandler Bauer, Christopher Ryan Haner, Steven Michael Haner, Madison McKenna Harper, Daniel Lee Hartlage, Brandon Cole McNally, and Katie Lynn Medeiros.
