Welcome to Brooklawn

Brooklawn Child & Family Services is a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Center for Adolescents and Children and has been providing hope and healing to young minds and hearts since 1851.

Brooklawn is committed to providing services that are cost effective and responsive to the unique needs of each child, always in close cooperation with the parents or guardians, referring agencies, and funding sources.

Brooklawn utilizes the Restorative Approach™ when working with young people.

Brooklawn’s twenty-eight acre campus provides a pastoral setting where children and adolescents can find hope and healing.

Brooklawn’s Louisville, Kentucky location can be easily accessed via the Louisville airport and is close to both I-64 and I-65.

Brooklawn was established in 1851, and opened Kentucky’s first Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility in 1991. Since that time, Brooklawn has set the standard for excellence in residential treatment.
